Agreement to Terms

By using the services of BoldField Clovis Tree Services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before scheduling any work with us. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

We provide professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, land clearing, tree health maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming. All services are performed by trained professionals following industry safety standards.

Service availability may vary based on weather conditions, equipment availability, and scheduling. We reserve the right to reschedule services if conditions are unsafe or if circumstances beyond our control prevent us from completing the work.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if additional work is discovered or if site conditions differ from the initial assessment. We will inform you of any price changes before proceeding with the work.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, we may need to reassess the work and provide an updated quote based on current conditions and pricing.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before work begins.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is less. You are responsible for all costs of collection, including attorney fees, if payment is not received.

Property Access and Permissions

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or permissions required for tree work on your property. You must also ensure that we have clear access to the work area and that all necessary utilities have been marked before we begin.

You agree to clear the work area of any vehicles, furniture, or other items that may interfere with our equipment or pose a safety hazard. We are not responsible for damage to items left in the work area after you have been notified to remove them.

Liability and Insurance

BoldField Clovis Tree Services carries general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance as required by law. We take every precaution to protect your property during our work, but we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage that occurs due to circumstances beyond our control.

You agree that our liability is limited to the actual cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover our scheduling and preparation costs.

We may need to reschedule services due to weather, equipment issues, or emergencies. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a new date that works for both parties.

Debris and Cleanup

Unless otherwise specified in your quote, we will remove all tree debris and leaves from the work area. Wood chips and mulch may be left on site unless you request removal. We will make reasonable efforts to leave your property clean and tidy after completing our work.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of completion and we will work with you to address any concerns. This warranty does not cover damage caused by severe weather, pests, disease, or other factors beyond our control.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and BoldField Clovis Tree Services, we agree to first attempt to resolve it through good faith negotiations. If we cannot reach a resolution, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in Curry County, New Mexico, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
